IMPORTANT NOTES: All events are held rain or shine. No pets allowed with you in the public areas during the Games & Festival events on Saturday, You may only take your dogs for a walk in outlying areas and you must pick up after them. Service dogs should wear vest indicating their status. No outside alcohol permitted. No refunds. No discounts will be available at the gate, except for military, first responders and seniors age 65 and up. Schedule and events subject to change without notice.

* 30 AMP or 50 AMP electric is available.  Sanitary dump facilities are available at most RV sites and will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Due to construction, some sites are now further from the hook ups. Occupancy in those spaces will require a minimum of 50 feet of electric cord and "dump when you leave" on Sunday.  

 Reservation & payment guarantee a site assignment before patrons without a 

reservation. Not all sites are full service. Due to limited full-service sites, RVs with 

reservations will be placed as they arrive. 

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING. SOME ITEMS HAVE CHANGED. 

     ·      RV parking will be available on site from 10:00am Wednesday, February 25 until noon on Monday, March 2, 2026. 

-Check-ins will not be allowed on any day between 10:00pm and 7:00am. 

-No check-ins will be permitted on Saturday, February 28.  RVs must be parked by 10:00 pm on Friday, February 27. 

-No departures will be permitted before 5:00pm on Saturday, February 28. 

-No vehicle movement is permitted in the RV area during the Games & Festival. 

--Tow and dingy vehicles must be parked in the General Parking area. 

-Per Clay County ordinance, no outside alcohol will be allowed on the premises.  

-RV sites have either 30 AMP or 50 AMP electric available.   

-Sanitary dump facilities are available at most RV sites and can be reserved. Sites will be assigned to vehicles as they arrive on a first come first served basis upon arrival.  

-Due to construction, some sites are now further from the hook ups. Occupancy in those spaces will require a minimum of 50 feet of electric cord and "dump when you leave" on Sunday.

    • Two (2) nights parking with utilities.
      Two (2) General Admission Tickets to the Games & Festival
