Waiver and Terms*

This waiver must be signed by the athlete as indicated on the form. For good and valuable consideration including acceptance of this entry, the aforementioned athlete and any and all heirs of the date of the event, will forever release and hold harmless The Northeast Florida Scottish Games and Festival, Green Cove Springs, FL, their sponsors, their insurance carriers, Clay County of Florida, the Clay County Board of County Commissioners and/or their representatives from all claims causes of action, costs and judgments for claims for any damages or injuries (up to and including death) which may be suffered by contestants arising out of their involvement in the Northeast Florida Sottish Games and Festival, Green Cove Springs, FL.

No Refunds will be given.

PARKING - Parking is far outside around the game field track if you arrive early. However, please park where the attendants direct you to park.

Personal canopy tents are allowed around the outside of the caution barriers surrounding the field. Please allow space for spectators to view and enjoy the activities of the day.

Upon Arrival to the Games - Please arrive on the field no later than 8:00 AM for check in at the athletic tent. Anyone not checked in by the start of the first event will be removed from competition.

** Lunch and water will be provided to athletes.**

Family members will need to purchase tickets to the event. No Exceptions. Additional tickets available at NEFL Scottish Games website: www.neflgames.com

Be a good steward of the sport and involve the audience by explaining the event. Let them get to know the athletes and cheer them on to throw farther and higher. Have a great event and stay safe.
